Save time and remove the guess work when installing new doors into existing frames with the Milescraft HingeJig™. This self-clamping jig comes with everything needed to rout hinge and latch mortises onto new doors. The self-clamping feature holds the HingeJig™ in place while routing without the use of screws or nails that can leave holes in a finished door.

• Rout Different Radiuses :Cut professional hinge mortises with ¼”, 5/8”, or square corners. (Chisel Required)
• Design of the HingeJig™ eliminates need for multiple inserts to rout different hinge corner radiuses
• Create Latch Plate Mortises :Kit includes templates to rout common door latch mortises sized 1” x 2-1/4” , 1-1/8” x 2-1/4” , and 1-1/8” x 2-3/4”
• Built in Depth Setting : Set router bit depth with built-in depth setting gauge for smaller or larger size door hinges
• Self-Guided Router Bit : Includes custom router bit with ball bearing to cut clean and smooth door hinge mortises
