Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days

Products that can be delivered: tools, small wooden parts, finishing products. Certain restrictions apply.

Carriers: We use different carriers and this in accordance with our commitment to deliver your orders on time

Dangerous Products: it is forbidden to send dangerous products through the mail.
Liquid products such as solvents, paint strippers, thinners, paint, lacquers and varnishes can be delivered by Canada Post in formats of 500ml or less.

Delivery fees may vary according to the price of your purchase.

Overload:
Additional fees will be applicable for each package that is out of format or over 40 pounds. In that case, a Langevin Forest sales associate will contact you to determine the best course of action.

Procedure:

Once your online order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing information relative to your delivery’s status. You will also find your tracking number issued by the carrier which allows you to track your order online.

Far-Off Regions or Products not covered:

We really try to ensure delivery everywhere in Canada. However, home delivery of oversized products in certain far-off regions (especially communities served by air stage services) is not always possible or can mean an increase in delivery fees.

Covers: we serve Montreal’s great Metropolitan area

Delivery Time: 1 to 5 days

Products that can be delivered: wood, panels, terraces, hardware, etc.

Delivery Fees for our Trucks:

The map below gives you an idea of the fees to expect for the delivery of your materials according to the destination. This is only an estimate. For zones 1 and 2, the final price will be confirmed before you checkout and pay for your order. For zone 3, a customer service representative will contact you after your purchase is completed in order to find the best delivery option for you. You will have the opportunity of cancelling your order if you do not agree with the delivery fee.

Procedure

Once your online order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing information relative to your delivery’s status. Next, a representative will contact you within 24h to 48h to set up a delivery date. At the time of delivery, you must be present and be able to produce a valid I.D. as well as the credit card used to make the purchase.

Please take note that the merchandise will be placed near the sidewalk, in a safe and accessible manner. For specific requests, please contact our customer service for more details. Additional charges may apply.
