MELDOS Natural Oil for Sauna – Livos
The MELDOS Natural Impregnation Oil No. 264 by Livos is designed to deeply nourish and protect solid softwoods indoors, as well as porous, absorbent stone tiles.
It enhances the natural grain of the wood and provides a safe, durable finish, even suitable for toys in compliance with European standards.
Specifications:
- Use: Interior (solid softwoods, furniture, woodwork, porous absorbent tiles)
- Also suitable for certain granito floors outdoors
- Do not use: Floors, inside of furniture, or veneers (e.g., kitchen furniture)
- Tint: Clear, strongly enhances natural wood grain
- Application: Brush, rubber roller, spray gun, or immersion
- Coverage:
- Wood: 17 m²/L (1st coat), 33 m²/L (2nd), 84 m²/L (3rd)
- Terracotta: 17 m²/L (1st coat), 25 m²/L (2nd), 28 m²/L (3rd)
- Drying time: 8–16 h (1st coat), 16–24 h (subsequent coats), depending on conditions
- Resistant to saliva and perspiration (DIN 53 160)
- Safe for toys (DIN EN 71, Part 3 and 9)
- Composition: Linseed oil, natural resins, orange essential oil, lead-free siccatives
