- The 8" counter or bench sharpener offers larger, wider diamond surface for sharpening a variety of edges including shears, cleavers, and specialty knives like plane soles, machetes, and more.
- This particular model comes equipped with coarse diamond (45 micron / 325 mesh) to quickly restore a neglected edge, and extra-coarse diamond (60 micron / 220 mesh) for when significant removal of material is needed to repair a damaged edge.
- Thanks to its micronized monocrystalline diamond surface as well, you can sharpen edges faster and easier than conventional stones can.
- No messy oils are needed either, allowing you to sharpen dry or with water.
