The universal rest forms the basis of the Tormek wet grinding system. The US-103 T-4 universal rest with micro adjustment has a trapezoidal thread with a flat outer face to prevent damage to the threads by the locking screw. The universal rest also features a fine adjustment for quickly and accurately adjusting the sharpening angle and depth.
