Buffing Wax – Les Anciens Ébénistes
The Buffing Wax by Les Anciens Ébénistes, made from beeswax and candelilla wax, revives the natural beauty of your wooden furniture and interior woodwork. Its UV-resistant natural pigments help restore and preserve the look of aged patina while protecting the surface.
Key Features
- Format: 300 ml
- Maintenance: reapply every 6 months or as needed with Les Anciens Ébénistes Care Wax
- Cleaning: Turpentine or Les Anciens Ébénistes Wax Remover
- Shades: rely on the labeled color name, as the wax appears darker in the container
- Finish: antiqued look, satin to glossy depending on polishing
- Use: indoor only
Preparation
Can be applied to raw or previously waxed wood.
- On raw wood: pre-stain with Les Anciens Ébénistes Wood Stain for best results.
- On dirty or greasy wood: clean with Les Anciens Ébénistes Wax Remover.
Application
- Apply a first coat of Antiquing Wax with Les Anciens Ébénistes Cotton Wick.
- Without allowing to dry, immediately apply a second coat.
- Let dry for about 30 minutes.
Polish with a soft cloth, or for a more intense shine, use a Waxine Polishing Brush.
