Router Sled #4896 - Woodpeckers

The Woodpeckers Router Sled 4896 is a slab-flattening system designed for surfacing extra-wide live-edge slabs, epoxy tables, and large glue-ups

Expanded Capacity: Allows you to flatten workpieces up to 87" long by 36" wide when utilizing a 2" spoilboard bit, with the ability to adjust to smaller footprints when needed.

Adjustable Sled Height: Easily adapts to varying material thicknesses without shimming your entire framework.

Stock Thickness: Accurately flattens material ranging from thin panels up to 3" thick. Rails can be shimmed with plywood to accommodate even thicker stock.

Clamping System: Includes low-profile Slab Clamping Dogs to lock your workpiece securely in place during passes.

Material Construction: Built with a 13-gauge steel sled carriage and case-hardened steel rails backed by rigid aluminum spines to completely eliminate sagging.
