The DEWALT DCS520B is a 60V MAX FLEXVOLT 6-1/2-inch Cordless Brushless Track Saw sold as a tool-only (bare tool) option.
It provides corded-level power with cordless portability, specifically engineered for zero-clearance cutting systems to deliver perfectly straight, splinter-free cuts in hardwoods up to 2-1/8 inches thick. Because this is the "B" (Bare tool) SKU, the battery, charger, and guide rails are sold separately
Key Features & Specifications:
- Power & Performance: Powered by a brushless motor utilizing the DEWALT 60V MAX FLEXVOLT battery platform. It operates with a variable speed dial ranging from 1,750 to 4,200 RPM.
- Cutting Capacity: Delivers a maximum depth of cut of 2-1/8 inches at 90° and 1-5/8 inches at 45°. The on-track depth scale automatically factors in the thickness of the guide rail.
- Safety Mechanisms: Features a continuous anti-kickback mechanism and an integrated riving knife to prevent the tool from climbing or kicking back during plunge cuts.
- Ergonomics & Dust Management: Uses a straight parallel plunge mechanism for smooth operation. Includes an enclosed low-profile blade guard and a 1-1/4 inch universal dust port capable of 90% dust extraction efficiency
