TOPLoc Screws for TimberTech Advanced PVC Fascia and Riser – LIGHT GRAY

The TimberTech TOPLoc Fastening System provides everything you need to securely fasten your boards in place. Available in colors that match TimberTech decking, these screws install easily and provide a clean, durable finish.
Installation and Fastening
- 11-3/4 in. × 12 ft. fascia: A total of 39 screws is recommended. Install 3 screws at each fastening point, evenly spaced vertically and positioned no more than 1/2 in. from the top and bottom edges. Repeat this pattern every 12 in. along the length of the fascia.
- 7-1/4 in. × 12 ft. riser: A total of 26 screws is recommended. Install 2 screws at each fastening point, then repeat the pattern every 12 in. along the length of the riser.
- Apply construction adhesive in diagonal beads to the back of the panel, starting approximately 6 in. from each end, then at intervals of approximately 12 in.
- To provide proper support for fascia boards, it is recommended to install them over a 2 × 12 wood rim board.
- For a lower deck border, it is recommended to use a riser installed over a 2 × 8 wood rim board.
